I will not be arriving during your
office hours, can I still check in?
If you are arriving after midnight and before 7 AM, please
call us and we will make arrangements to leave a key outside for
you. You will be charged for that nights stay if we leave you a key. |

Are there bathrooms in the rooms?
No, there are 4 bathrooms with showers and 1 without, which are shared
by all hostel guests (1 person at a time). |

Do
we need to bring our own linen?
No, there are sheets
and a blanket on each bed. We also provide extra blankets upon
request. We do ask that you do not use
your sleeping bag on the bed. Please
help us stay critter free!

Do you allow pets?
Not in the building, sorry! |

Do you have secure storage?
We do not have individual storage lockers. We do offer complimentary bag
storage until 3 PM on the day of checkout. We suggest you keep your valuables
with you. |

Is the hostel safe?
We consider the hostel to be very safe. We have had very few incidents
of theft or other trouble. |

Is the area around the hostel safe?
We are located in the downtown area near the University. The streets are
well lit, have plenty of foot traffic and are considered safe. |

Can you pick me up from the Amtrak Station?
The hostel is just a short walk away. If you have an excessive amount of
baggage or are physically unable, we will do our best to assist you. |

Can
you pick me up from the Flagstaff Airport?
Unfortunately we do not offer pick up service from the airport.
You can call a taxi and will pay approximately $12.00 to be transported
to the hostel.

Can you pick
me up from th Greyhound station?
Yes, we offer FREE
PICK-UP between 7
am and 11:30 pm, just give us a call when you arrive in Flagstaff.
If you will be arriving after 11:30 pm please call the hostel to
make arrangments to collect a key.

Is your
facility wheelchair friendly?
The hostel is located in an old building and unfortunately
has not been converted to be wheelchair accessible. We have had
many guests in wheelchairs who were able to stay with us comfortably.

to answer any questions you may have.

What is the best way to get from Phoenix to Flagstaff?
There is a shuttle from the airport that leaves 5 times daily
and there is also a daily Greyhound bus. Check out

How do I get to Page and Lake Powell?
Unfortunately there are no transportation options at this time,
other than hiring a car. We may add a shuttle or tour to our schedule
at a later date. |

Sorry, we do not offer tours to Monument Valley at this time. |

Do you sell
stamps at the hostel?
No, unfortunately we
do not, but the post office is just a short walk from the hostel.
