| How much time should I allow to see the
canyon? You should allow at least 3 hours, more if you are planning on hiking. |

If I don't have a car, how do I get to the
canyon? We would first recommend you TAKE OUR TOUR! . If we are not operating or your schedule does not allow, there is a shuttle that leaves from the visitor center (1 block away) every morning. You will always have a way to get there. |

Each dorm room can accommodate 4 - 8 guests. |

| Do you offer mixed dorms? We do offer mixed dorms upon request. Otherwise, the dorm rooms are male or female. |

at the hostel? No, we require a passport or picture ID to check in. |

| Should I make a reservation? We do recommend making a reservation, especially if you are interested in a private room. Call us toll free in the USA and Canada at 1-800-398-7112 |

| What happens if my plans change? We require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up, your credit card will be charged. |

| What if I want to stay longer? We welcome you to stay on longer, but keep in mind that reservations always take priority. All other beds are sold on a first come first serve basis. |

| How long can I stay? We usually limit ones stay to 4 days but we can be flexible here. Just speak to one of our staff members if you are interested in staying longer. |

| Do you offer weekly rates? Occasionally we do. The decision is made on a per person basis and depends on the time of year, availability etc. |
